You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions: TERMS FOR CHANGING YOUR STAY With Basis, you do not have the option to rebook, cancel or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented from arriving. With flex, you can rebook and cancel up to 30 days before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking. Changes to your stay can only be made in writing and are only valid from the day it is received by the landlord. The amount on the Premium package is not refundable in the event of rebooking or cancellation. Changing a booking means cancellation, changing the type of accommodation or the dates of your stay. You are of course always welcome to change the number of people or other additional purchases without having to pay an administration fee. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION We would like to point out that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Agreement Act's rules on the right of cancellation. The sale of accommodation (cabins, summer houses, camping, etc.) is covered by a special exception in the Consumer Agreement Act's prgf 18, subsection 2, no. 12. The booking made is therefore not covered by a 14-day right of cancellation. PAYMENT Advance payment for space A 30% deposit is paid upon booking. An installment of the remaining amount is paid no later than 30 days before arrival. When booking later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid upon booking. Advance payment for rental unit A 50% deposit is paid upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking later than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is due upon booking. Fee There will be a fee for Business cards, PayPal, and the rate is what the provider charges.
